Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

All requests must be made 48 hours in advance of Open House.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation requests must be received no later than 24 hours in advance of Open House.

STORAGE:

We charge a monthly recurring account fee of $40. This includes storage for up to 24 signs. For each additional 12 signs in excess of 24, an additional $10 per month will be charged.

MAP CONFIRMATION:

We will email you a map highlighting each of the signs that will be placed 36 hours in advance of your Open House. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours of your Open House with revisions requested for sign placement, we will set up according to the Map provided.
